Faith-Based Housing Ministry
Building Homes · Restoring Lives · Honoring the Creator
Our Foundation
Infiniti Diviniti Habitats is a faith-based nonprofit housing organization dedicated to ending homelessness and housing instability for those who have served our nation and those who need a second chance.
Rooted in the Hebrew Roots / Ebionite / Nazarene tradition and sponsored by Yahweh's House of Prayer, we operate from the conviction that stable housing is not merely shelter — it is the foundation upon which lives are rebuilt, dignity is restored, and hope is rekindled.
We serve all people regardless of faith background. Our spiritual foundation shapes who we are — not a condition of receiving services.
Core Programs
Safe transitional housing with case management for U.S. Military Veterans experiencing homelessness. Funded through VA Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program and HUD-VASH vouchers. We honor those who served with dignified housing and pathways to permanent stability.
Stable housing and life-skills support for youth aging out of the foster care system (ages 18-25). We provide the foundation young adults need to build independent, successful lives — a safe place to grow, learn, and thrive.
Second-chance housing for individuals re-entering society after incarceration. We believe in restoration, not just punishment. With stable housing, job readiness training, and case management, we help returning citizens rebuild their lives with dignity.
Short-term emergency placement for low-income families in crisis. When families face eviction, domestic violence, or sudden homelessness, we provide immediate safe shelter while connecting them to permanent housing solutions.
Supportive Services
Individualized case management to address barriers to stability. We help residents access healthcare, benefits, legal services, and resources they need to succeed.
Resume writing, interview skills, job search assistance, and employment connections. We partner with local employers to create pathways to sustainable income.
Financial literacy, budgeting, cooking, household management, and independent living skills. We equip residents with tools for long-term success.
Optional faith-based counseling, prayer support, and connection to spiritual community. We honor all faith traditions while offering our Hebrew Roots foundation to those who seek it.
We work with VA, HUD, and local Continuums of Care to transition residents from our programs into permanent, affordable housing with ongoing support.
Assistance accessing VA healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, and community health resources. We ensure residents receive the medical and mental health care they need.
